Banana pops

Ever happened to have ripe bananas that need to be used quickly? If you don’t want to waste them, here’s how to make a delicious and healthy snack out of them.
Bananas are great natural sweeteners. When frozen they have a consistency similar to ice cream. Here, I have added some raspberries and coconut pieces to give it a nice twist of flavor.

Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup raspeberries
- 1/2 cup diced coconut
Preparation
Peel and slice 3 of the 4 bananas and put them in the mixer cup. Add the almond milk.
Blend with an immersion mixer. Toss in the raspberries and coconut. Stir them in. Peel and slice the remaining banana and stir in the banana slices.
Fill in the popsicle molds and freeze for at least two hours.
