If you need a break from your avocado toast, try to make it with bananas instead. This delicious toast is excellent for breakfast and it is prepared in less than 5 minutes.
It is filling, sweet and it will give you the energy you need to start the day.
Use brown bread to make it even healthier (and low-carb).
- 2 whole wheat panini
- 2 ripe bananas
- 4 tablespoons vegan cottage cheese
- 4 teaspoons maple syrup
Halve the paninis and toast them to your liking. Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. Spread the vegan cottage cheese on each slice of bread and top with the banana slices. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
