Berry frozen yogurt popsicles

Summer and popsicles go together. However, if you buy them ready made, it might not be the healthiest option (for your health and for your pockets alike). Why not make them at home then? It only takes a few minutes and you can use the fresh fruit of your choice to create a refreshing and delicious snack, also for kids.
Frozen yogurt popsicles have the advantage of creating a thicker texture, almost as an ice cream, but lighter. Here, I have used natural coconut yogurt (unsweetened) and fresh berries. A classical.
Ingredients
- 1 cup natural coconut yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 10-12 small strawberries
- 6-7 blueberries
Preparation
Rinse well the strawberries and blueberries. Remove the leaves from the strawberries and halve them. In a bowl, roughly mash the strawberries. Leave some big chunks. Add the blueberries and drizzle with maple syrup.
Add the yogurt and gently fold it to incorporate the fruit. With the help of a tablespoon, fill the popsicle molds. It should make 3 big popsicles or 6 small.
Put in the freezer for at least 2 hours before eating.
Remove the popsicle mold and enjoy!
