Mandala bowl

I love yogurt for breakfast. With fresh fruit and some nuts for crunchiness, it is the perfect way to boost your day in a delicious way. This mandala bowl is made of granola, coconut yogurt, bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. It takes very little to create patterns with the natural shape of the fruits.
It is fun and you can get creative and artistic starting from the very beginning of your day!
Not a fan of yogurt? Try this banana & oats bowl instead: you won’t even know it’s there!
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain coconut yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 3-4 small strawberries
- A handful blueberries
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons nutty granola of your choice (or simply crushed nut mix)
- Juice of half a lemon
Preparation
Cover the bottom of the bowl with a layer of granola (or nuts). Cover with the yogurt. Peel and thinly slice the banana. Lay the slices in a circle. Rinse and slice the strawberries. Lay the slices in the inner part of the circle formed by the banana slices, point outwards, like the petals of a flower. Rinse the blueberries well. Lay a single blueberry in between each banana slice.
Drizzle with lemon juice and maple syrup. Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before eating.
Enjoy!
