Minced parsley

Ever happened to buy fresh parsley and then, in 2 or 3 days, to find it withered in the fridge? It happens more often than we would like to… However, if you don’t want to freeze it, here’s an easy way to maintain it fresh and sweet to be used over time.
All you have to do is to mince it in a food processor! It really takes a couple of minutes… and it will save you some money at the grocery.
Ingredients
- Parsley
Preparation
Rinse the parsley and take off the bad leaves. Chop it into 3-4 pieces and transfer to the food processor. Pulse gently until it is evenly minced.
Store it into a sealable container in the fridge and use when needed!
