Mustard & Lime Vinaigrette

Considering that I don’t like yogurt, this vinaigrette has achieved the remarkable result of making me addicted to it. It is fresh, tasty and light, ideal for the summer. And it only needs 5 minutes to make!
We use it very often as a condiment for salads or grilled vegetables. You can adjust the flavor by adding more or less mustard.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon plain, unsweetened yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Pinch of dill
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Juice of half a lime.
Preparation
Pour the yogurt into a large ramekin. Stir in the mustard until you obtain a smooth cream.
Add the lime juice and stir until it is absorbed. Stir in the maple syrup. Finally, add the dill and stir until completely incorporated.
Voilà! Your vinaigrette is ready! Serve cold. If covered, it keeps for 2-3 days in the fridge.
