Pineapple frozen yogurt popsicles

If you enjoyed the berry frozen yogurt popsicles, here’s another recipe for your fruity snack. You can keep the yogurt base. However, instead of berries, you can use fresh pineapple slices plus maple syrup. If you use canned pineapple slices, you can add some of the juice instead of maple syrup.
Either way, it will be delicious and refreshing!
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened natural coconut yogurt
- 2 pineapple slices
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or 2 tablespoons pineapple juice, if using canned pineapple)
Preparation
Slice the pineapple into bite-sized pieces. Transfer them to a bowl, add the yogurt and maple syrup (or pineapple juice) and gently fold the yogurt to incorporate the pineapple pieces.
With a spoon, fill the popsicle molds. It should make 3 big popsicles or 6 small. Put in the freezer for at least two hours before eating.
Remove the popsicle mold and enjoy!
