Directions
This cherry fudge is so easy and quick to make that you keep this as a last-minute recipe for a coffee with friends or as a dessert for your meals. With just a few ingredients, you will obtain the most perfect bite-sized treat!
To prepare it, bring the milk, maple syrup and salt to the boil in a small sauce pan. Then, whisk in the agar agar and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes, until it thickens. Finally, stir in the dark chocolate, vegetable butter, vanilla and cherries. Mix well and transfer everything to the dish. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, until it solidifies. Finally, cut the fudge into bite-sized cubes, garnish (if desired) with cocoa powder and a few more cherries, and serve.
