4-6 Vegan ham slices

1 pack Soy cream

2 tablespoons grated Non-dairy Parmesan-like cheese

Pasta is cooked al dente, then seasoned with a sauce made with sautéed vegan ham and sweet peas in soy cream. It’s really that easy!

Prepare the condimentWhile the pasta is cooking, slice the vegan slices into thin strips. Open the canned peas and drain. Heat the oil in the pan, add the vegan ham, and the dried onion. Cook for 15 seconds, then stir in the peas. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for a minute. Finally, add the soy cream and cook for 5 more minutes over low heat. Just before mixing the pasta in, take off the heat and stir in the vegan Parmesan-like cheese. |
