Ingredients

1 Banana
1 tablespoon Peanut butter I used crunchy peanut butter, but any type will do
400 ml Almond milk
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
1 heaping tablespoon unsweetened Cocoa powder
1 tablespoon Maple syrup
2 cubes Ice
To garnish:
1 square dark Chocolate
2 Strawberries

This smoothie is lean, chocolaty, and you can prepare it in only 5 minutes by simply mixing all the ingredients together in a blender. If desired, garnish with a few chocolate shavings and a fresh strawberry.

Mix

Peel the banana and slice it. Transfer to the mixer's bowl together with the other ingredients. Mix until you obtain a smooth, bubbly texture.

Garnish

Transfer the smoothie to the serving glasses or jars. With the help of a carrot peeler, shave the chocolate cube. Sprinkle on top of each smoothie. Finally, rinse the strawberries and make an incision at the bottom. Put the strawberry on the edge of the glass and serve.
