This strawberry cooler is made with only three ingredients, and is the perfect iced drink for the summer. Refreshing and satisfying, you can serve it at the end of a meal or as a refresher in the hottest days.

To make it, simply blend all the ingredients in the blender and serve. You can use bagged frozen strawberries or freeze your own fresh fruit.

Blend and garnish

Add the strawberries, coconut water and maple syrup to the blender's cup. Process for 1 minute, until you obtain a smooth texture and a light foam on top of the blender's cup.

Transfer the cooler to the serving glasses and garnish, if desired with a fresh mint leaf.
