Tropical popsicles

One of the best things of summer is a refreshing popsicle when the heat makes you thirsty! They are very easy to make at home and much cheaper and healthier than the ones you would buy at the supermarket. You can put together the fruit that you like the most and be as fancy as you can!
This tropical mix includes banana, kiwi, and pineapple. However, you can also use other tropical fruits like papaya, mango, star fruit and dragon fruit. They will all give a sweet and refreshing taste! It’s also an excellent way to finish up the fruit that you’re not using or that are ripening too fast.
Ingredients
- 1/2 can of coconut milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1 kiwi
- 2 pineapple slices
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
Preparation
Transfer the pineapple slices and banana to a blender bowl. Add the coconut milk and maple syrup and mix until smooth.
Chop the kiwi and add the pieces to the mixing bowl.
Transfer the fruit mix to the popsicle molds and freeze overnight or for at least 8 hours.
Enjoy your tropical ice pop!
