Guacamole... need to say more? This classic recipe is super simple and super delicious!

  • Serves 4
  • Easy

The best thing after hummus? Guacamole!

This incredible dip made out of avocados need no introduction, as it’s maybe the most popular dip worldwide. Avocados are, after all, delicious, healthy, nutritious, and they fit in any type of recipe.

Guacamole is also the easiest recipe ever: all you have to do is to put all the ingredients in a mixer and pulse or process (depending if you want it smooth or chunky). You can also mash it by hand with a potato masher. In any way you decide to make it, it’s ready in 5 minutes and you can serve it straight away. Use it as a dip with some tortillas, spread it on flatbread or crackers, use it as a base for your bruschetta or to top a breakfast toast… you name it!

Here, I have left out the onion, but if you prefer it, add 1/2 thinly sliced onion to the mix.

Enjoy your guacamole in any way you can!

5 minutes

Peel the avocado and slice it. Transfer it to the mixer’s bowl together with all other ingredients.
Process for a few seconds if you want a smooth texture, or pulse a few times if you prefer it chunky.

Garnish and serve

Garnish your guacamole with a few more fresh parsley leaves and serve straight away!
You can keep it in the fridge for one day, in a container with an air tight lid or sealed in plastic film.
