Htipiti is a delicious Greek dip made out of feta cheese and roasted red bell peppers. It takes only a few ingredients to prepare, and it’s ready in less than five minutes. To make it vegan, you can simply swap the feta for vegan feta cheese. Our favourite brand is Greek, and it’s really very close to the real thing. Htipiti is used as an appetizer, often accompanied with pita chips, warm pita, bread slices, or raw vegetables.

To prepare htipiti, put all of the ingredients in the mixers bowl and process for 30 seconds, until you obtain a smooth texture. You can serve your htipiti straight away, or you can store it in the fridge for a couple of days.
