1 jar roasted red Sweet bell peppers
Handful fresh Parsley
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Rice vinegar

Slice the roasted peppers

Pat dry the roasted pepper peppers from the oil. Slice them into thin strips.

Transfer the lentils, roasted red peppers, and parsley to a salad bowl. Season with olive oil, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper. Gently mix the salad.
